This sauce is fabulous, it is traditionally served with boiled dumplings in restaurants, Now you can make it at home, I double this recipe and toss it with pasta.
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
2 tablespoons light soya sauce
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon chili sauce or chili oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon rice wine, Mirin or Sake.
In your Food processor give the garlic a buzz, then add remaining ingredients, process until smooth.
Oooooh, this sounds excellent. We bought the same dumplings at the asian store last week… now I know what to do with mine.
