Chocolate Chunk Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup pecans

1/2 teaspoon water

2 cups sifted flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup BitterSweet Chocolate Chips

1cup oatmeal

Cream eggs, sugars, butter and shortening.

Add water and vanilla

Add flour, soda and salt. Mix
