• 1/4 c. honey
• 1/4 c. thin sliced green onion
• 2 tbsp. lime juice
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 – 1 teaspoon chili sauce
• 1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
• 4 4-oz swordfish steaks or other firm white fish ( I used salmon )
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except fish in small bowl; mix well.
2. Place fish in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over fish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Remove fish from marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals or broil fish about 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
