3 medium-size ripe Hass avocados, halved, pitted and cut into medium size chunks
2 ripe Mango, peeled and cut into medium size pieces
1 apple, unpeeled, peeled if desired, cored and cut in small dice
1/2 cup or more to taste freshly squeezed lime juice or lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 green onion, diced small
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Combine avocados and mango in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss together. Season to taste with salt. Serve as a salad or a salsa.
