A summer salsa to spoon alongside grilled salmon or chicken .
1/4 cup Finely chopped sweet onion
2-3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1-2 tsp Finely chopped jalapeno pepper
2-3 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups Fresh raspberries
Combine the first five ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the raspberries and gently toss to combine. Let flavours meld together for 20 minutes and then serve
