Cheese and Noodle Kugel

Berry Cheese Pie

Thanks to my BFF Sarah for this old time favorite recipe. This recipe is perfect for Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner with a salad, and of course a glass of wine 🙂

12 OZ.or 1 package of Egg Noodles
1 container of Sour Cream
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 eggs beaten
1 LB.Cottage Cheese
1 LB. Cream Cheese
Butter

BOIL NOODLES AND DRAIN, MIX REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT BUTTER. ADD NOODLES AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO BUTTERED 9×12 BAKING PAN.( I made 2 small ones and used 8×8’s.) DOT WITH BUTTER. 325 f. OVEN FOR 1 HOUR REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH TOPPING.. BAKE FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES.

STREUSEL TOPPING

1/2 C, BROWN SUGAR
2 TBLSP. FLOUR
1/2 CUP WALNUTS
2 TSP. CINNAMON
2 TSP. SOFTENED BUTTER
